Description : Gray blue foliage with bluish flowers which appear well above the foliage in spring.
Notes : Flowers are better cut back to maintain its blue appearance. Old reliable grass on the market.
Elijah Blue Fescue

Description : Powdery blue silver foliage turns sea green over the winter months, regaining its colour in spring.
Notes : The most blue semi dwarf cultivar available. Cut back flowers for better appearance.
Goldtau

Description : Dark green compact globular habit. Later flowering (end of June) than other Deschampsia cultivars. Fine open panicles emerge lime green turning golden towards maturity around September.
Notes : Does not flop.
Mexican Feather Grass

Description : Like a ponytail, infinite culms are a luminous light green colour. Flowers emerge pale green and turn golden tan with maturity, resting above the foliage like a smoky haze.
Notes : Could self seed in favorable conditions.
Shenandoah

Description : Columnar habit, arching in mature clumps after four to five years. Red tipped foliage deepens and becomes more noticeable into the summer season; burgundy red spanning over most of the leaf. Burgundy red panicles emerge towards the end of July, beginning of August.
Notes : Drought tolerant when established. Slow growing.
Tall purple moor grass

Description : Molinia arundinacea belongs amongst the large grasses. Flowers define this plant, both in size and ornamental beauty. They grow upright, moving freely in the wind in a golden brown color with bright golden stems. The foliage is globular and sits well beneath the flowers. Special attention should be made where to plant Molinia arundinacea as it has an extensive root ball and may take up to three years to reach full maturity.
