Mike and Lynn McCrady wanted to enrich their living space and with the help and vision of Eva Durance decided to add a sunken patio in their back yard.  We came in with a vengeance and destroyed the place then slowly rebuilt,brick by brick, a very useable space. It turned out that the sunken patio gave more privacy from neighboring properties and the lane running beside them. It was a great project and fun to create. Thanks for the opportunity.

According to the Town of Oliver website, we should be expecting a water utility bill in the mail sometime next year. So it’s a good time to start thinking about how to reduce water use.

Did you know that toilets and landscape watering are the two biggest users of water in a house? In fact, studies in several cities have shown that, during the summer months, half of all household water use is for lawn and garden.
